Year 5 Girton student, Mikaela, was concerned about the victims of the recent earthquakes in Syria and Turkey. She decided to take action and raise money via the Red Cross.
With the support of fellow 5M students, Mikaela ran a Zooper Dooper stall at School on Friday 17th February.
The hot weather and the generous spirit of the Junior School students resulted in a sell-out! An incredible total of $733.30 was raised in sales and donations.
Mikaela and her classmates would like to thank everyone in Junior School, including teachers and staff, for supporting this fundraising event and making a difference to people’s suffering in Turkey and Syria.
