Employment at Girton Grammar School is subject to the following requirements:
- Successful applicants will be expected to support the ethos of the School
- Applicants for teaching positions must hold current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- Non-teaching staff, including music tutors, must be prepared to undergo a Working with Children Check
- Teaching Staff are expected to assist in the provision of co-curricular activities in performing arts, sports or other activities
- All staff must have and maintain a commitment to child safety
