CODE RED DAY TOMORROW, THURSDAY 21ST NOVEMBER
Tomorrow, 21st November has been declared a Code Red day by the CFA for the Northern Country fire district.
Girton Grammar is located in the Northern Country district, however, as the school is not on the High Risk Register, the school will remain open for those families who choose for their children to attend.
There is no compulsion for students to attend school tomorrow if parents believe that it is unsafe to do so. If you elect to keep your children at home, please use the normal absentee process to notify the school.
The School encourages students who travel to school by public transport NOT to attend school tomorrow. We can confirm that all country buses have been cancelled for tomorrow.
